Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited is hiring a Legal Manager – Commercial to join its office in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves managing contract negotiations, drafting, and legal reviews related to commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic advice on business and legal issues.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage contract negotiations, drafting, and legal reviews related to commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on business issues and manage risk exposure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support business planning and commercial activities.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective contract and compliance management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
• Post-graduate legal qualification is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in contract management and commercial management.
• Proficiency in business planning and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
• Team management skills, including leading, mentoring, and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Understanding of commercial and regulatory laws with experience in compliance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in the Oil and Energy industry is a strong plus.
