Details of the Job/Internship

Tejraj Group is hiring a Legal Manager & Compliances with a minimum of 8 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the real estate sector.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on land transactions, vendor contracts, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal regulations, labour laws, and other statutes.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts including MoUs, lease agreements, and NDAs.
• Conduct legal due diligence on land/property and liaise with legal advisors and authorities.
• Handle litigation, coordinate with external advocates, and track ongoing legal matters.
• Manage RERA registration and compliance documentation for projects.
• Ensure all statutory licenses and approvals are up to date.
• Maintain legal MIS, compliance dashboards, and support internal audits.

Eligibility

• LLB (mandatory); LLM (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in legal and compliance, with a background in real estate law.
