Eligibility

• LLB in law with 6-8 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years of construction law experience.
• Exceptional drafting, writing, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate legal advice to non-legal audiences clearly and concisely.
• Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and independently
• Experience negotiating contracts and analyzing legal documents.
• Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to construction.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and teaming skills.
