Virohan Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience in managing legal and regulatory risks to join their growing team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across pan-India operations.
• Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and advise senior management on legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with education and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and implement changes in laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with business units to align legal guidance with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals to ensure high performance.
• Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes with external counsel.

Eligibility

• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role at a growth-stage startup managing legal and regulatory risks.

Salary/Stipend
