Details of the Job/Internship
Simplilearn is hiring Legal Manager (Contracts Management) with the experience of 6 to 8 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- End-to-End Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, negotiating of all types of contracts including but not limited to Master Service Agreements, SaaS Agreement, NDA, License Agreements, Marketplace Agreement, Partnership Agreements, Data Protection Agreements Content creation agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, all forms of commercial agreements, MOU and reseller agreements
- Prepare nonstandard MOU, partnership agreements for nonstandard engagements with Industry bodies, OEM and Universities
- Draft, review, edit and prepare online terms and conditions for new products/programs to be launched, Privacy compliance and other laws compliance as applicable.
- Working closely with the Data Protection team to ensure that the applicable Data Privacy Laws like GDPR and CCPA are complied with, before sharing or receiving personal data.
- Working closely with business teams, stakeholders to translate business needs into contractual terms and supporting the team if any contractual dispute arises.
- Interpret, review risks and provide business favor language
- Work from Bangalore office
- Flexible with demanding requirements and to deliver in tight timelines.
- Fluent working experience with MS office, excel tracking
- Document repository

- Post qualification experience 6 to 8 years.
