Details of the Job/Internship
Meesho is hiring a Manager – Legal (Disputes) with 5–7 years of experience in litigation to join their legal team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement litigation strategies.
- Manage disputes across civil, criminal, commercial, regulatory, arbitration, and consumer forums.
- Conduct internal investigations and draft legal documents.
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Handle regulatory notices and proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
- Maintain litigation dashboards, trackers, and MIS.
- Advise leadership on litigation risks and strategy.
Eligibility
- LL.B or LL.M from a reputed institution.
- 5–7+ years of litigation experience (preferably mix of law firm and in-house).
- Strong understanding of Indian civil, criminal, commercial, and regulatory laws.
- Experience handling courts, tribunals, arbitration, and regulators.
