HouseEazy is hiring a Legal Manager with 6–8 years of experience to join its offices in Noida and Ghaziabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2–3 professionals handling property documentation and verification.
- Oversee preparation, verification, and validation of property documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate and execute property registrations at registrar offices through external counsel.
- Liaise with registrar offices in Noida & Ghaziabad for registration processes.
- Draft, review, and implement standard templates for contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Provide timely legal opinions on property transactions.
- Maintain statutory records and registers as per legal requirements.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and market trends in real estate law.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and mitigate risks.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed university or law college.
- 6–8 years of experience in legal management with exposure to real estate laws, property transactions, and company law.
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- High self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
