Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Manager – Home Loan to join its office in Pune. The role involves handling legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing legal advice and support for home loan operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents related to home loans.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal consultation and advice to internal teams.
• Manage legal affairs related to home loan operations.
• Oversee dispute resolutions and coordinate with stakeholders for legal approvals.
• Ensure all documentation and processes comply with applicable laws and company policies.

Eligibility

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in the financial or housing finance sector is an advantage.
• Expertise in legal document preparation and consulting.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal compliance and related processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to draft and review contracts accurately.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
