Details of the Job/Internship

Soni and Soni is seeking a full-time Legal Manager-IP based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing intellectual property matters and ensuring legal compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal expertise and strategic advice to protect and secure the client's IP portfolio.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough research on IP issues and provide insightful analysis.
• Draft and review various legal documents related to IP, including agreements, licenses, and registrations.
• Represent clients in IP-related negotiations, disputes, and litigation.
• Stay updated on changes in IP laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support IP-related initiatives and projects.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IP and corporate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal technology and software applications.
