Arvind Smart Spaces is hiring Legal Manager (Land Acquisition and Civil Law) to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and deeds, to secure land rights and minimize legal exposure.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks associated with land transactions, providing expert guidance on civil law matters related to property rights, zoning, and land use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, finance, and government affairs, to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes while safeguarding the organization's interests.
• Conduct due diligence on potential land acquisitions, identifying legal issues and proposing effective solutions to address them.
• Stay abreast of changes in land acquisition laws and regulations, advising the company on potential impacts and ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings related to land acquisition and civil law matters, working closely with external legal counsel as needed.
