Details of the Job/Internship

UGRO Capital is hiring a Legal Manager–Non Litigation (Legal & Compliance) with experience of 3 to 6 years to join their office in Kurla, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating (i) NDAs, leave and license agreements, IT agreements, service agreements; (ii) fundraising related documents, loan agreements, mortgage deeds, deed of hypothecation, guarantees; (iii) NCD issuance related documentation.
• Experience of working on co-lending arrangements, alliance arrangements, direct assignment transactions, and securitization transactions would be preferable.
• Good understanding of Indian Contract Act, securities laws, RBI regulations governing NBFCs, loan against property business.
• Must have experience in drafting contract agreements and negotiations.

Eligibility

• LLB.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years.
