Ummed Housing Finance Private Limited is hiring a Legal Manager-Non Litigation with experience of 6 to 8 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Eligibility
- Qualification - LLB is must have.
- Experience - 6-8 yrs in NBFC/HFCs only Skills required.
- Vetting of title search report and vetting of title documents with respect to the genuineness/OPP vetting; drafting NOCs, declarations and affidavits, application, letters as per the requirements; legal training at branches with respect to title documentation and legal policy; knowledge of local language and local practices and manage legal vendors/ legal agency, empanelment process andtheir timely review and renewals.
