Details of the Job/Internship

Della Resorts and Adventure is hiring a Legal Manager – Real Estate / Property Law Expert with experience of 6–10 years to join their office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead legal due diligence for land acquisition, asset purchases, joint development, and leasing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents including sale deeds, lease deeds, JDAs, JVs, development agreements, term sheets, MOUs, LOIs, and powers of attorney.
• Advise on transaction structuring, regulatory implications, and risk mitigation.
• Provide legal opinions on title verification, land use, zoning, and conversion matters.
• Advise on RERA compliance and related documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with state land laws and municipal regulations.
• Coordinate with litigation teams on property disputes and contractual issues.
• Draft legal notices, replies, and dispute-related documentation.
• Act as the primary legal contact for assigned clients.
• Support business development initiatives and mentor junior associates.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of legal assignments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in real estate or property law.
• Prior experience in a reputed law firm, legal advisory firm, or real estate developer.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of state-specific land laws and the RERA framework.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and stakeholders.
• High professional integrity, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel.
