Details of the Job/Internship
Fincity is hiring a Legal Manager-Real Estate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal drafting and review of all kinds of commercial agreements/deeds related to the real estate sector, executed by the company.
- Knowledge of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, Land Reforms Act, Stamp Act, RERA Act, and other land-related laws.
- Draft Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements, and other deeds with land acquisition transactions, real estate finance, and sales transactions.
- Handle other legal matters, including contracts, employment, and Intellectual Property-related matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's in Legislative Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Conversant and fluent in the Kannada language.
- Good knowledge of title diligence and risks in the title of immovable properties.
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Acts.
- Experience in initiating, defending, and managing litigation.
- Ability to handle both litigation and non-litigation matters.
