Paradigm Consultancies is hiring a Legal Manager – Real Estate with experience of 5–10 years to join their office in Nashik.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage property portfolios effectively.
• Oversee lease administration processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements.
• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with Bar Council preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in real estate legal work.
• Experience with real estate developers or law firms handling property matters preferred.
• Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
