Details of the Job/Internship
They are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Manager – Real Estate to join their team. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in land due diligence, legal administration, and project legal compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in commercial real estate laws, RERA regulations, and local bylaws, and will play a pivotal role in managing legal matters and agreements related to the company’s real estate projects.

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct land due diligence and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day legal administration for real estate projects.
- Draft, vet, and manage various legal agreements, including leases and commercial real estate contracts.
- Ensure adherence to local bylaws and RERA compliance for all real estate activities.
- Coordinate with external consultants for legal and compliance matters.
- Provide legal support for property management operations.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and advise on their impact on business operations.
- Handle negotiations and provide solutions to legal challenges in real estate transactions.
- Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate legal management.
- Expertise in property management and legal administration.
- Strong knowledge of land due diligence, lease agreements, and real estate laws.
- Proficiency in commercial real estate and an understanding of local bylaws and RERA compliances.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
