Details of the Job/Internship
Zuari Global Trading LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Manager – Real Estate with 2 years of experience to join their office in Goa.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct land due diligence and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day legal administration for real estate projects.
- Draft, vet, and manage various legal agreements, including leases and commercial real estate contracts.
- Ensure adherence to local bylaws and RERA compliance for all real estate activities.
- Coordinate with external consultants for legal and compliance matters.
- Provide legal support for property management operations.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and advise on their impact on business operations.
- Handle negotiations and provide solutions to legal challenges in real estate transactions.
- Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate legal management.
- Practicing Advocate in Goa preferred.
- Expertise in land due diligence, lease agreements, and real estate laws.
- Proficiency in commercial real estate, local bylaws, and RERA compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills..
