Details of the Job/Internship

Zuari Global Trading LLP is hiring a Legal Manager-Real Estate with experience of 2 years to join their office in Panaji.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Manager will be responsible for Land due diligence, legal administration, project legal compliances, leases, and commercial real estate tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Master's degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Real Estate.
• Property Management and Legal Administration skills.
• Knowledge of Land Due Diligence, Leases and Real Estate laws.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate.
• Understanding of Local Bylaws & RERA Compliances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Various agreement formulation and vetting.
• Co-ordination with external consultants.

Salary/Stipend
