Details of the Job/Internship
SquadStack is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with business and sales teams to ensure legal risk mitigation during contract closures.
- Provide legal advice on operational, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Stay updated on fintech, telecom, data protection, and labor law regulations.
- Maintain and update legal policies, SOPs, and contract templates.
- Manage the contract repository and track renewals and obligations.
- Liaise with external counsel on litigation, IP, and compliance issues.
- Support legal audits, investigations, and internal policy development.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Indian contract law, IT/DPDP laws, and labor law.
- Experience in SaaS, BPO, or data-centric businesses preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage external counsel and handle legal documentation.
