Details of the Job/Internship
Juris De Jure Law Firm is hiring experienced Legal Managers – Title Search Specialists with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur. The role involves conducting and reviewing title search reports, verifying property documents, and managing due diligence processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct and review Title Search Reports (TSR) for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
- Examine chain of title, ownership documents, and encumbrance records.
- Verify land records such as Jamabandi, Khasra, Map, Patta, Sale Deed, and Mutation entries.
- Coordinate with Sub-Registrar, Patwari, and Tehsil offices for ground verification and certified copies.
- Draft and finalize legal opinions and due diligence reports.
- Supervise associates and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Title Search or Property Due Diligence.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Expertise in land and property laws.
- Strong document analysis and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report formatting.
