HCLTech is hiring for the position of Legal Manager - Vendor Contracts with 9-12 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Contract Management:
- Independently review and negotiate:
- Procurement/vendor contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Notes.
- Go-to-market agreements, such as Reseller Agreements, Referral Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements, End User License Agreements, and Evaluation/POC Agreements.
- Ensure that contract terms align with business objectives while mitigating potential legal risks.
- Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions to facilitate transaction closures.
2. Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on received transactions, providing insights and tracking progress.
- Collaborate effectively with internal legal team members to streamline workflows and maintain consistency in legal processes.
3. Corporate Legal Support:
- Assist with other contract-related and general corporate legal functions as required, ensuring alignment with overall legal strategy.
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B. or higher qualification in Law.
- Experience: 9-12 years of post-qualification experience in contract management, particularly within the high-tech and outsourcing sectors.
- Licensure: Must be a qualified attorney licensed to practice law in India.
