Details of the Job/Internship
Experian is hiring a Legal Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various client and vendor contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on Indian laws.
- Advise HR on employment law matters, disputes, and policy reviews.
- Assist with cross-border data privacy compliance and intercompany agreements.
- Draft internal policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage legal notices, litigation, and arbitration proceedings
- Conduct legal training for employees.
- Maintain clear processes to support business compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Strong understanding of Indian laws, employment laws, data privacy, and technology laws.
- Proven experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
