Details of the Job/Internship
Kitchens@ is hiring a Legal Manager with 4–5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and standardize legal agreements with restaurant partners.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, licensing, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as the main contact for legal queries from restaurant partners.
- Draft and manage lease agreements and coordinate with landlords.
- Oversee vendor and service provider contracts.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory licensing at all hubs.
- Maintain audit-ready repositories and compliance trackers.
- Manage insurance, identify legal risks, and mitigate liabilities.
- Draft SOPs and support audits and corporate governance.
- Safeguard intellectual property rights.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and ADR.
- Lead legal knowledge initiatives and inter-departmental collaboration.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- 4–5 years of experience in corporate law.
- Proficiency in Indian corporate, contract, and regulatory laws.
- Experience in IP and licensing preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
