Details of the Job/Internship

Rayzon Solar Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily legal operations, including document preparation and review.
• Provide legal consultation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage legal affairs and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with departments to support legal requirements.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies.   

Eligibility

•  Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or an equivalent legal qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and motivate a team.
• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Expertise in handling complex legal matters and providing strategic counsel at a senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and effectively manage departmental budgets.
