Details of the Job/Internship
Tredence Inc. is hiring a Legal Manager with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and negotiate client contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Manage the contract lifecycle and oversee the company’s contract portfolio.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Implement a robust Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance programs.
- Assist in audits and regulatory assessments.
- Support corporate governance and maintain statutory records.
- Conduct legal research and stay current on legal developments.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 7–10 years of experience in corporate and contract law.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CLM tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
