Details of the Job/Internship
Vridhi Finserv Home Finance is hiring a Legal Manager with an LLB and relevant experience in debt recovery to join their office in Bhopal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and execute legal actions for loan recovery under SARFAESI Act, NI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, CPC, and other applicable laws.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and legal forums.
- Coordinate with empaneled advocates across regions, monitor their performance, and provide guidance.
- Draft and review legal documents including notices, petitions, affidavits, and legal replies.
- Assess high-risk accounts and NPAs to recommend and implement effective legal strategies.
- Maintain a detailed Legal Case Management Information System (MIS) and prepare region-wise legal performance reports for senior management.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, Arbitration Act, and civil/criminal procedures relevant to recovery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey legal strategies to non-legal teams.
- Decision-making ability in high-stakes legal scenarios.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
