Details of the Job/Internship
1to10x is hiring a Legal Manager with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Noida (Sector 90).
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee legal matters for real estate projects and operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease agreements, JDAs, MoUs, and vendor contracts.
- Support land acquisition, due diligence, and title verification.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with external counsels and government authorities.
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution.
- Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain records of contracts, legal documents, and compliance filings.
- Support corporate secretarial functions and internal legal audits.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- High integrity, detail orientation, and problem-solving mindset.
