Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. is hiring a Territory Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Overseeing legal activities within the assigned territory.
• Managing legal compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Ensuring preparation of legal documents.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings.
• Providing legal consultation and handling legal affairs.
• Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Advanced knowledge of law and legal consulting practices.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal affairs management.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in housing finance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and ability to work under time constraints.
