Details of the Job/Internship
Acara Solutions India Private Limited is hiring a Legal Professional with experience of 8–15 years to support compliance and contract management functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract management, from drafting to closure.
- Review US and commercial contracts based on business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to IT, labour, data privacy, and audits.
- Support contract review and compliance management processes.
Eligibility
- 8–15 years of work experience in a legal role involving compliance and contract management.
- Strong experience in contract management and contract review.
- Good understanding of US GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Qualification: LLB (CS preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Additional preference for candidates with experience working with GCC or a strong background in US contract management.
