Details of the Job/Internship
Access Healthcare is hiring a Manager – Legal with 10–15 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contracts, including vendor, customer, licensing, and service agreements.
- Respond to RFPs and review terms of MSAs and BAAs during the initial stages.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and statutory requirements.
- Manage litigation and dispute matters and coordinate with external counsel.
- Advise on employment law matters, including employee relations and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and POSH regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Compliance.
- Conduct legal awareness sessions and training for employees.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- 10–15 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel.
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, contract, and labour laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PPT, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
