Details of the Job/Internship
Access Healthcare is hiring a Legal Manager with 7–9 years of experience to support business operations through practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a legal partner to Operations and HR teams, providing day-to-day advisory support.
- Translate business needs into legally sound and commercially viable solutions.
- Identify and mitigate legal and business risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor and HR-related contracts.
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and risk thresholds.
- Support contract lifecycle management processes.
- Review RFPs, bid documents, and contractual schedules.
- Collaborate with business teams on legal-commercial alignment in proposals.
- Work with compliance and information security teams on regulatory requirements.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance frameworks.
- Support responses to client audits, legal queries, and due diligence requests.
- Provide HR legal support on employment documentation, policies, and disciplinary processes.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- 7–9 years of experience in in-house legal teams or reputed law firms.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to IT/ITES, healthcare, or RCM industry preferred.
