Details of the Job/Internship
Access Healthcare is hiring a Legal Manager with 7–9 years of experience to join their Chennai (Ambattur) office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a legal partner to Operations and HR teams, providing advisory support.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Support contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review and respond to RFPs and assist in client engagement processes.
- Collaborate on compliance frameworks and risk management initiatives.
- Handle client audits, legal queries, and due diligence responses.
- Support HR in employment documentation, policies, and disciplinary processes.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- 7–9 years of experience in in-house legal teams or reputed law firms.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to IT/ITES, healthcare, or RCM industry preferred.
