Details of the Job/Internship

Accolade Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (AEPL) is hiring for the position of legal manager with 8-10 years of experience to join them in their Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

Contracts & Agreements

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, supply chain contracts, OEM agreements, and intellectual property rights.
• Ensure all agreements align with legal and business interests, minimizing risks.
• Manage legal documentation and maintain proper contract records.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

• Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigations related to product liability, labor laws, and contractual breaches.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel for court cases and arbitration.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.

Risk Management

• Identify legal risks in business operations and provide mitigation strategies.
• Conduct legal due diligence for new projects, partnerships, and expansions.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Intellectual Property Protection

• Protect company patents, trademarks, and proprietary technology.
• Manage IP filings and disputes related to automotive innovations and designs.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of contract law, labour law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with automotive industry regulations (e.g., environmental standards, safety regulations, supplier agreements).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility

• Experience in handling cross-border legal matters and international trade laws.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws in the automotive sector.
• Certifications in corporate governance or compliance.
• Experience Required:
• Minimum 8-10 years post LLB preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
• Educational Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M

Salary/Stipend
