Details of the Job/Internship
Agrocorp is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, scrutinize & finalize a variety of agreements (MOU, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, etc.).
- Conduct legal due diligence & title clearance.
- Maintain proper documentation & compliance.
- Data Management: Handle pre-sale & post-sale documentation.
- Oversee sale agreements, demand letters, and possession documents.
- Ensure smooth land documentation & registration process.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, CRM, and Accounts teams.
- Authorize new bookings & ensure compliance.
- Address legal queries related to property transactions.
- Risk Management: Identify & mitigate legal risks.
- Provide legal support during crisis situations.
- Advise business units on legal matters.
- Team Management: Lead & mentor a team of at least 2 junior legal executives.
- Set clear KRAs, foster learning & growth.
- Promote accountability & discipline within the team.
- Innovation & Automation: Implement automated systems for land onboarding.
- Optimize processes to reduce transaction turnaround times.
Eligibility
- Education: L.L.B/L.L.M from a reputed university.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in real estate law or a similar role.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada (Must: Speak, Read, Write).
