Details of the Job/Internship

Agrocorp is hiring a Legal / Senior Legal Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Transactional Management:
  • Scrutinize and finalize legal documents (POA, MoUs, Sale Agreements, Deeds, etc.).
  • Maintain and update land document records.
  • Handle legal due diligence and commercial negotiations.
• Data Management:
  • Manage complete pre-sale and post-sale documentation.
  • Process booking forms, demand letters, and sale deeds.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with operations, CRM, and accounts teams.
  • Address internal and external client queries.
  • Assist in obtaining NOCs and approvals.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify legal risks and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Support legal needs during crises and provide advisory at business unit level.
• Team Management:
  • Lead and develop a legal team of at least 2 members
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a reputed university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate law.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken, read, and written).

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
