Airtel Payments Bank is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Criminal Law & Liaison with relevant experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle fraud-related and other criminal complaints from law enforcement agencies.
- Receive, review, and assess criminal and police complaints.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and analyse facts.
- Prepare and file criminal complaints in compliance with legal requirements.
- Liaise with police authorities for FIR registration and case follow-ups.
- Represent the organisation in court proceedings, if required.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, briefs, and defence strategies.
- Coordinate with government agencies and internal teams.
- Maintain records of complaints, case progress, and documentation.
- Build relationships with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience in handling criminal or police complaints and liaison with law enforcement authorities.
- Experience in FIR registration and coordination with police is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of criminal law, legal procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
