Details of the Job/Internship

DMI Housing Finance is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Manager with 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Lucknow & Delhi NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Property due diligence for secured lending transactions.
• Handling matters related to mortgage laws, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and allied property laws.
• Vetting of title documents, agreements, and security creation documents.
• Providing legal support to business teams on property-related transactions.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property and mortgage-related legal work.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
