Details of the Job/Internship

Alivira Animal Health Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting of contracts including cross border and overseas entities contract, advising on contractual obligations, digitizing of contracts and putting in place a robust contract management system, due diligence on Indian and foreign entity (risk analysis on their contracts) and centralizing contract management at India HO.
• Preparing legal letters, agreements.
• IPR management.
• Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization
• Tracking compliance risk under various governing Acts and maintaining risk register and doing a risk analysis and Report preparation for assessment of compliance issues.
• Supervising the entry of compliance in the compliance software.
• Handling lawsuits of the company and matters related thereto.
• Report preparation for assessment of compliance issues
• Negotiating contracts for the company
• studying lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and find appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company
• Securing the company and all its possessions from any problems
• Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely.

Eligibility

• Education: Law graduate.
• Experience: 10 - 12 years of experience.
• Exceptional hands-on experience of corporate laws, labour laws and other statutory requirements.
• Experience of working in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing company is desirable.

Salary/Stipend
