Details of the Job/Internship
ALYF is hiring Legal Manager with the experience of 5+ year to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review & draft transaction documentation such as ATS, Sale Deed, Land Agreements, Construction Contacts, SSA & SHA, LLP Agreements and ancillary documents/ agreements like Forms & Applications, MOU, Allotment Letters, POA, Indemnity, Bank Guarantees etc.
- Drafting and negotiation for land acquisition documents, mergers and financing documents.
- Lead negotiations of transaction documentation with involved stakeholders and resolve their queries.
- Manage and track end-to-end transaction documentation till execution and registration of agreements.
- Coordinate with registration department in getting the documents vetted and duly registered.
- Interaction with advocates and solicitors of the landowners/developers for vetting of term sheets, agreements, sale deeds etc., and closure of the same.
- Validate the transactional documents to ensure all deals are compliant.
- Review exceptions, if any to ensure that all relevant risks are adequately covered.
- Perform title due diligence of land and timely risk identification.
- Approval of marketing collateral and drafting replies to customer complaints.
Eligibility
- Qualified Lawyer with 5 + Years of Experience (Post Qualification).
- Have a strong understanding of RE & Corporate Laws.
- Must have commercial awareness & attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Statutory, RERA, Legal & Secretarial compliances.
- Strong and well-rounded business and macroeconomic understanding.
- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach along with high level of strategic and creative thinking.
