Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 5 to 7 years to join their office in Delhi.

Eligibility

• Work Experience: 5- 7 years
• Experience working in Mortgages is a must.
• Experience in Mortgage loans, Title search & exhaustive property due diligence is required.
• Knowledge of Drafting agreements, & various contracts related to Loan agreements & Mortgages.
• Experience in SARFAESI & Litigation (DRT, HC, NCLT, Consumer) is a must.

Salary/Stipend
