Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 5 to 7 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- Post qualification experience 5 to 7 years.
- Experience of working in Mortgages is must.
- Experience in Whole sale/Construction Finance Mortgage loans, Title search & exhaustive property due diligence is required.
- Knowledge of Drafting Agreement, & various contracts related to Loan Agreement & Knowledge of Real estate funding is required.
- Experience of SARFAESI & Litigation (DRT, HC,NCLT, Consumer) is must.
