Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with relevant experience to join their office in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

Role and Responsibilities

Ensure legal compliance across business operations.

Draft and review legal documents and agreements.

Provide legal advice and consultancy to internal stakeholders.

Manage legal affairs and resolve issues effectively.

Support the organization in negotiations and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience in legal compliance, document preparation, and legal affairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in the financial or microfinance sector is a plus.
