Arohan Financial Services Limited is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Manager will be responsible for legal document preparation, legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs, handling litigation on a day-to-day basis. 

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Affairs skills.
• Legal Document Preparation expertise.
• Legal Consulting abilities.
• Knowledge of Legal Compliance.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
