Details of the Job/Internship

Array Management Consultants is hiring Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing and handling litigations under civil, criminal and commercial laws on behalf of the organization.
• Drafting of responses and representing the Company in various legal Matters.
• Managing Sec. 138 NI Act Complaint filed matters.
• SARFAESI Possessions and Sale of properties along with other interconnected litigations before the concerned Court/ Tribunal/Commissions.
• To effectively deal with Writ Petitions/ Misc. Petitions/Appeals pending before High Courts/DRAT.
• Represent the Company before various forums (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust, with or without Advocates/ Counsels.
• Analyze legal issues relating to product lines.
• Communicate legislative changes to the business teams /concerned stakeholder son Court Order compliances.
• Provide effective and timely legal advice and support to business and support teams.
