Art Technology and Software is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 4 years to join their office in Kochi.
Role and Responsibilities
- As a Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and mitigating risks associated with contractual agreements.
- Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide legal guidance and support, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
- The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- A deep understanding of contract law and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Eligibility
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in managing and negotiating contracts within a corporate legal environment.
- Bachelor of Laws.
