This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager at ATS Law Firm in Ghaziabad. The Legal Manager will oversee legal matters specifically filed under SARFAESI Act, 2002 and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
