Avaada Group is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 10 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review contracts for solar panel and ammonia sales, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company policies.
• Negotiate contract terms with global clients to secure advantageous agreements.
• Ensure all contracts comply with local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company's interests.
• Liaise with internal departments and external legal representatives.
• Handle any legal disputes related to contracts, including arbitration and litigation processes.
