Details of the Job/Internship

Bajaj Electricals Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 8 to 14 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising, Drafting and negotiating various types ofcontracts, agreements such as collaboration and JV agreements, NDA, MOU, Deeds, guarantees and indemnities, Master IT agreements, IPR assignments,Lease, Leave and license, mortgage, POA, settlements deeds etc.
• Negotiation of all types of contracts and closure onTAT.
• Providing specialist commercial legal advice for the achievement of commercial objectives,

Eligibility

• Candidate should be law graduate with minimum 8-12 years of experience drafting of legal documents and pleadings like petitions, plaints,written statements etc. in consultation with external counsels & by providing all relevant documents / facts etc. to our counsel.
