Bajaj Finance Limited is hiring a Manager – Legal with experience of at least 3 years to join their office in Bengaluru – Residency Road.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, and police complaints.
- Draft replies to notices from advocates, law enforcement agencies, and statutory/regulatory bodies.
- Retrieve data required for drafting legal documents.
- Maintain MIS of all litigation involving the company, senior management, and officers.
- Follow up on cases with advocates/legal officers.
- Ensure timely processing of advocate/vendor bills.
- Maintain contingent liability data.
- Maintain records for compliance and audit.
- Handle IPR-related matters such as trademark and domain filings, oppositions, registrations, and copyright applications.
- File police complaints related to trademark infringements.
Eligibility
- 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree.
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience.
- Experience in handling litigation including consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency matters.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
