Details of the Job/Internship

Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the position of legal manager with 3 years of experience to join them in their Coimbatore office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, and police complaints.
• Prepare responses to legal notices received from advocates, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory/statutory bodies.
• Collect and analyze necessary data and documentation for preparing pleadings, complaints, and legal replies.
• Maintain and update litigation MIS for all matters involving the company, senior management, and officers.
• Coordinate and follow up on a case-to-case basis with external advocates and internal legal teams.
• Ensure timely processing of advocate/vendor invoices.
• Maintain records of contingent liabilities and support audits and compliance requirements.
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR):
• Manage trademark and domain-related matters including TM registration, opposition filings, and copyright applications based on business needs.
• Draft and file police complaints in case of trademark infringement.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in litigation across consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency matters.
• Strong drafting and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• PQE: 3 years.
